What does it take to reach the top? That too, of the most powerful country in the world. What I like best about people requesting me to read the palms of politicians is that their palm pictures are widely available due to their habit of waving to the cameras.
Politics is a hit or miss career similar to art and media.
So, without further ado, let’s analyze the palms of those men who made it.
5. Bill Clinton Palm Reading
Note the lack of fleshiness of Bill Clinton’s hand showing a person with few needs, and who is happy living life as a monk. The head and life lines are joined for a time showing hesitance in early childhood. The Jupiter finger being low-set shows a lack of self-esteem around the same age. We shouldn’t be surprised as Bill grew up in a home with an alcoholic and abusive stepfather who he stood up to.
This President is truly a Mr. Nice Guy and very independent of action (note the set-apart forefinger). Several fate lines and sun lines, especially from the area of public approval (mount of Moon) show him to be very popular with the masses.
Bill Clinton’s problems lie in his developed mounts of Jupiter, Apollo and Venus. Jupiter makes him over-ambitious at times, Apollo makes him vain while Venus allows him to lose control of his lust. Thus, taking advantage of Monica Lewinsky can be attributed to the over-development of these mounts.
However, owing to the strong head line, Clinton is a person who truly learns from his mistakes. A peacemaker at heart, it would have been more interesting to see whether or not he could have made it as a two-time President if he was elected during dangerous times.

4. George W Bush Palm Reading
Excellent hand for a leader of the free world. Both of George W. Bush’s Mars mounts are developed showing aggressiveness when it’s needed and also resistance when push comes to shove. Out of all the Presidents on this list no one could have handled the War on Terror without crippling their health, much less be elected twice during the War on Terror.
However, Bush is not without his flaws. His fingers are on the shorter side meaning that he could suffer from impulsive decision-making. Normal-sized thumb and low-set little finger show a late bloomer.
Bush has 2 life lines. The new one starts in his 40s which shows a positive change in lifestyle, and that is also the period in his life he started becoming successful in politics.
The overall hand shows he wouldn’t have been so successful in politics if he didn’t come from honor.

3. Barack Obama Palm Reading
A lawyer and academic by profession and it shows. Long Saturn finger along strong Mercury and Jupiter mounts coupled with a long thumb show the ability to handle a lot of people at the same time. Mostly straightish head line ending in a fork is known as the lawyer’s head line.
However, Obama’s head and life lines are too widely separated leading to overconfidence. No wonder he confidently trolled Trump that the latter could never become President. I wonder if Trump, after proving Obama wrong, met him and said, “I told you so.”
Obama’s hand also shows strong support from his better half, Michelle Obama due a line from Luna entering the fate line. Usually, it means marriage with a foreigner or dual national, but in Obama’s case, it means Michelle had a big role to play both before and after the inauguration.
Obama has a good hand for a lecturer (which he used to be) and an academic but as a President he would come across indirectly as arrogant given the head and life line combination. He is better than Clinton but worse than Bush.

2. Donald Trump Palm Reading
A healthy amount of generosity is shown by the distance between the forefinger and the thumb also known as the angle of generosity. The large Venus mount shows that Trump genuinely cares about other people, and hence, him winning over a politically-connected candidate: Hilary Clinton.
Trump also has good intelligence shown by his head line which starts on Jupiter then proceeds to the upper mount of Moon. The head and life lines being attached is reminiscent of Bush’s palm as both grew up in relative wealth and hence got independent at a later age.
Trump’s hand shows passion but also impulsiveness which explains why so many of his businesses made losses in the early 90s. Like Bush, he is a late bloomer, getting worldwide recognition for his stint on the American TV show The Apprentice which he first appeared on at the age of 58. Likewise, he is one of the oldest candidates to have the Presidency, at the age of 70, to be exact.
Trump’s thumb is a double-edged sword, on one side it is flexible showing how he easily adapts to new situations which is a good quality for a head of state, but it being short shows a lack of control.
Personality-wise, Trump is a Jupiterian-Venusian-Apollonian and this triple combination makes a person shine in the limelight. No wonder the the thing he is most remembered for besides becoming President is his 14-year old tenure as the host of one of the most popular reality-TV shows of all time, The Apprentice.
This triple combination would have also ensured a second term but unfortunately Covid-19 proved to be the impetus of Joe Biden’s win.

1. Joe Biden Palm Reading
Biden is extremely loyal. No wonder even in his retirement age he has run as Vice President two times and currently is going through his first term as President, and at the age of 78, he is one of the oldest heads of state of a democratic government.
A long thumb shows his rationality. An extended head line shows his stamina. His fingers are on the shorter side with a low-set Jupiter finger showing lack of self-esteem in his childhood years. The Mercury finger’s lack of strength shows that his expressive ability, though after decades of practice, is average at best.
All the above points to Biden being a capable man but one who is an incapable President. The bent fingers show him playing around the bush a lot. The small forefinger can make him a despot if he is in power for too long. Biden is also very aggressive in the pursuit of success though he keeps this side of him hidden from the public.
Overall, Biden’s hand belongs to a person who is or has been the running mate of an elected President; a Vice President instead of a President. If it wasn’t for Trump’s bad luck primarily owing to the sudden outbreak of Covid-19, I am pretty sure Biden would never have gotten elected as President of the USA.
